I know I spent the whole week trying to set up my next trip and got nowhere. This new method of using email to make reservations to use the AI weeks is a joke. They take their sweet time getting back to you. I have sent 12 emails and have received 4 replies. And all of it was to get them straight with my contract. The office at Temptations apparently doesn't comunicate with the main office. I had to scan and email pages of my contract. I sent my last email on the 5th and haven't heard anything back from them since. And I still have 22 more years to go.

Premier wouldn't know the meaning of customer service if it hit them in the face !!! And don't get me started on honesty . We liked it better when we were in the other side of the resort . We got treated better and got much better care.

Well to be honest I have always made our Revs by email, and it always takes a long time, but I have heard that they are doing every thing possible to keep you from using those AI weeks. Plus they where supose to make the revs process simpler by letting premier handel it! Terry

When I bought in back in early 2001 I was told with in a year you'd beable to reserve your vacation right over the internet and pay your AI fees. At that time they said they were already working on the site and even gave me a the web address it was going to be at.

I've always done it by email and never really had much of a wait usually have it all set within a couple days.

I do our reservations by e-mail also. I think it's easier than trying to talk to someone that speaks broken English. This year they e-mailed me back the next day & our reservations were completed. However they did e-mail me the next 2 days also to set up my reservation that was already completed. Go figure, it's Mexico

Premier finally gave my reservations and I started emailing on Feb. 2nd.

Now I get the pleasure of dealing with RCI who is trying to limit my points when I have a letter from RCI stating it doesn't apply to contracts puchased after Feb. 29. 2008.

After half an hour on the phone explaining it to them they said someone would call me within 24hrs to "explain" it better to me. Looks like people with new contracts will get screwed too.

Hmmm, let me think about this. Save a few bucks and chance getting a room facing the road, or pay a couple bucks more and have a Section D room. Sounds like a pretty easy choice to me.
