We refused to pay them any more money back in Sept. when they tried to con us into paying them $4000 more for a contract that was more worthless that the worthless one that we have now . We received an e-mail from Premier stating that if we wanted to cancel our contract w/out a refund we could print and sign a cancellation letter , or within 15 days they would send it to a collection agency in the states . We are discussing this with our attorney . Whichever way this goes with us we will continue to fight them , so if you guys need any help then we will help in anyway we can .

I dont think we will even bother to renew our contact in May, I no longer see any point in doing so. We paid for ours up front, so the only payment we make is our yearly fee, and I guess if we didnt pay that they just wouldnt let us go as members. Terry

At this time of the year the forum is busier so I increase the number of posts per page which means less clicks, which means the database doesnt get hammered as much. Whereas it used to be 10 posts per page it is now 15 so the number of pages reduce accordingly. I also increase the number of threads per page to stop new threads ending up on page 2 so quickly.

Don't worry about it, it's just me making sure the forum runs efficiently.

Makes one wonder what the real aim of the website is . I doubt I'll be supporting it.

I could see why you would not support it, But for the rest of us that are out thousands of dollars It may be our only hope. Nothing else has worked. I have been fighting with them since June with no cure in sight. What do we have to loose?

I'll wait and see what it is first. If it's a genuine attempt to seek a settlement for Premier members then I'll be more than happy to support it.

However, at this stage site unseen, it suggests to me whoever is behind it is either a disgruntled ex employee or someone looking to capitalise on others misfortunes to boost their own existing site. Neither of which I would have much time for. Who knows, I may be wrong.

I think you are right about it being an ex employee. From the way I look at it, the website could only help, it sure couldnt hurt. Terry
