I know that after we got back we didn't want to talk about it for a while because we were so disappointed that we didn't get anywhere with them. Maybe she didn't get anywhere ,hopefully not , but maybe she didn't and doesn't want to be so pissed off :evil: like us . I would like to hear from her though.

 

Yes it would be nice to hear something. Looks like we may go in Apr. instead of May this year, If things were a little better I would go now and I would tell everyone what happened, right from the resort, or jail. LOL

 

It would be nice to go now and hell once every three months would be great but premier and rci put a stop to all that . If you end up in jail get word to us and we'll put our heads together and bust you out . :banghead: :lol:

what? is this a resolution or double talk?

 

With how sneaky they've been about all this I'd be very worried that what ever resolution you come up with them will stand......say three years down the road. I can already hear the resorts side..........Claire was not authorized to make these changes and she has since been removed, we can not honor the contract. They would basically have to write up a complete new contract from sctrach for you while your down there. I'm not sure they have the time to pull that off. I won't trust anything unless it was a completely new contract(even that I'd question). Keep in mind these are the same people that up to a few years ago had lost contracts, had contracts in no order, and kept them in a three ring binder.

Well if there is truely a resolution to all this it would be nice if they contacted each member and proposed it.

Seems to me they will not contact anyone, Why should they? They are making money on our investments. No lose to them. Seems they will only talk to us when we get there... Just another way to get more money out of us.

 

They are more than willing to draw up a new contract . When we were there they were going to write a new contract if and only if we payed them $4000 and signed a new 25 yr. contract stating that the only way we could have more than three free A.I. weeks over that 25 yr. period was to con friends and family to buy into thier BS. . We weren't then nor are we now , ready to screw over people that we want to keep as friends and family. Besides why the hell should we have to pay anything extra ?

I even asked them to transfer the package I have now to the "new" contract, to just transfer the points I had now to what they thought they were worth in AI fees....all they said was, Not gonna happen, they would HAVE to write a new contract to change it and the only "package" they could give me was 4000 more.

I am glad 125 feels she got what she paid for, who knows if she paid more money or not, we will probably never know....it seems as owners go down there and renegotiate they fall off this board, or at least this topic. I have not heard from Clayton after several emails, I thought he was looking for someones name to file under...

Roy maybe if we post at squeeky wheel again?? but I feel like Al does, we are beating a dead horse unless we want a new contract....
