I got an email from Clayon last Sunday, asking for my mailing address and my contact info.

We got that same e-mail from him a couple of weeks ago . We didn't get any survey or anything else and we haven't heard from him since he asked for our contact info.

 

Pretty quiet in here, Any new news? This topic is getting push down on the list with no post's. We need to keep it on top.

 

I agree Al.....tried to contact the attorney, no response....

makes me worried!! anyone have any news from him?? I havent tried to call, but thought I would get a response. Maybe the holidays have him busy too?

I did get a letter from Premier telling me my 499 AI fee was due for 2009...

 

We did get a letter from him last week asking us if he could put our name on the lawsuit as we are the closest to NJ but we asked him to hold off as we are leaving Sunday for the resort and I wanted to talk with them first before we made any decisions. I will let you know as soon as we get back on the out come of our discussions with them. We are very upset as we were not able to use any of our points for this trip.

I guess by now every body knows , I am pro resort. but with the law suit, youre talking apples and oranges. No matter what the resort says or what you do or how you feel about the way the resort has treated you, you till have right to sue RCI for not letting you use your points. The resort is not going to tell you, yea sue RCI. They still have to deal with RCI. I would encougred you to join the law suit. Terry
