I spoke with Bert the Canadian, President of sales, about the AI fee in May when I was at TTR. He said, "Premier members should not pay more AI fee than other guests; if you let me know, I will match it!"

If it's not too much trouble for you, when you are up stairs in the office negotiating with them for your contact, please ask Bert for us members. Why RCI members pay 60 USD and Premier members pay 75 USD.

I received an e-mail this morning from Clayton Voegtle.He has referred this case to a New Jersey attorney who in his words is a successful and experienced class action attorney.The RCI documents specify New Jersey law as governing and also provides for jurisdiction in that state. He expects the suit to be filed within 2 weeks. He is currently in contact with over 40 peopleon this problem so if this involves you & you are interested in protecting your investment, contact him...Clayton@VoegtleLaw.com He also said he will be advising everyone next week. Only 40 out of 4,000!!! I know 10 to 30 percent dont have points, but where are the rest? The Blue bayclub people dont have a voice any where as far has I know. does anybody know if they do? Any body that has already signed a new contract can still jump in on the law suit as far as I know. Terry

 

I'm not sure how many members this "high point" system effects. I think it was only for sale for about a year or so. Many people are still on weeks and nights program. Then some with the weeks/night program with points thrown in but the points are much lower. So who really knows in the end how many people this effects. I'd doubt its much higher then a few hundred people (maybe 300 to 400 tops)as the price of the program took a dramatic increase with these super high points membership. Then out of them who knows how many have millions and millions of points. Some may only have one million(though this still effects them just not as great of an issue). Then you got the people that have no clue any of this is going on or have no knowledge of this site.

I'm sure as part of the class action they'll get a court order for names and contact information of people this effects. Should be interesting to see how this all plays out.

if you only have a few points you could join in on the law suit and has any body gone back and counted how many people have posted here? And I dont know if that 4,000 number inclued blue bay club members, I will have to ask. Also I was told a few weeks back that RCI was going to put a gobal cap of 60,000 points on all RCI members. This would cause mega problems for RCI. Terry
