    I'm not sure but sounds like the penalties get more severe. Guess I will wait till I come back from my negotiations to see if I still have to pursue the Profeco route. I am headed there tomorrow. I have been trying to confirm a meeting time with Claire for a week now and she is not answering. I wonder what means!!

    Be safe, dont drink when you are up stairs negotiating, and stay out of trouble. If Clair is not available, you should ask to see Burt (he is the VP of sales, he is the Canadian guy around 40+ wearing Blue Jean).

    When we were there Burt was just a salesman and Claire was V.P. of sales . I think that it depends who is there (customer wise ) as to who is in charge and who is out of the country or who is sick or in meetings .

    Maybe you meant Bernie, I have meet Burt and he is "The Top Dog" and sits way in the back office, Bernie is red headed from Canada. Maybe this helps.
