    Makes me wonder why Premier would play games with them then. It sure does take them (Profeco) a long time to do things though. My original complaint was filed in June, I think, and first meeting was set for Oct. Now, that Premier was a no-show the next meeting is for Dec. Maybe Premier is waiting till more People renegotiate so they can say "We offered a solution and X amount of people were satisfied with it. or maybe waiting to see if I renegotiate so they can say we settled rather than have to "settle" with me. Kind of like playing poker, knowing when to hold em and when to fold em!

    to some address in California..........would have to look at my bill pay acoount....but they dont have electronic transfer cuz the bank has to cut a check and mail it to them.

    That's strange Profeco taking so long. In our case it was less than two weeks from the complaint to the resolution meeting. Maybe it's different if you lodge the complaint in person, plus ours was a much simpler dispute.
