The problem with all of this is no business was bought out , no change of ownership , just a scam by Premier and a ripoff by RCI . We went to Premier 3 times in Sept. believe me you don't have to drink a mixed drink to come out of there drunk . Make them mad then ask for coffee , I did and I staggered out of there .

ditto Roy......when I was there in September they couldnt get me a drink fast enough, when I just asked for diet coke....there were raised eyebrows!!

IMHO there is only one thing left to do, and I plan on going that route.

    good luck to you all!!

Looks like he may turn the suit over to a firm in NJ where the class action will have to be filled in a Federal court. He is looking for one of the Plaintiffs to be from NJ. I am in NY close enough I guess if a NJ person is not on the list.
On another note. I was told by a representative from Premier (who I won't name here but who claims he would know) that Premier was not notified of the meeting they were to appear at by Profeco and that my posting here that they just did'nt show up is not true(yes they are reading these forums). I double checked with Profeco and was emailed by them. That premier has not been notified of the new meeting date for Dec. but was notified of the October meeting and fined for their non-attendance. Hummmmm..... now who should I believe. I will be bringing a lot of email copies of my documentation of all the (mis) communications with me to TTR. I am really tired of being told one thing by Premier and another thing by everyone else.

I have had several phone conversations with this attorney, and he does feel he might have to file in NJ...he was originally going to file in Illinois, but has been in contact with another attorney for information. These things take time, but they have my money, so I have the time!! I guess after he started doing some research it was a bit bigger than he had anticipated.....

the mis information, and no communications from Premier has been since about a week after I signed my contract.

thanks everyone for the updates on your side, I will try and keep you informed as I receive info from Clayton...

As said in the last post, the attorney has stated that the suit will probably have to be filed in New Jersey. He is actively looking for someone from NJ to be a plaintiff for the filing. So if anyone out there is in the same boat as the rest of us and resides there, please contact the attorney at Clayton@voegtlelaw.com ASAP. Generally all the plaintiff has to do is answer some written questions, provide copies of their contracts and in a few cases have to give a deposition. The deposition would involve meeting first with the filing attorney and then about a two hour at most question and answer session in the opposing attorney's office.

We've had dealings with Profeco before (totally unrelated to Premier it was to do with an Optician) and if anyone is efficient and businesslike in Mexico then it is Profeco. Businesses are scared to death of them.

In our case we were told that if the Optician didnt show to the meeting (the owner had to fly in from Mexico City) he would be fined and if he failed to show at the rearranged meeting then his business would be closed. These guys don't mess about.
