and good luck finding Clair, if she hears your there, she will be sick, or in Cabo, or who knows where. That's what happened to me, and then they cancelled the "Premier members cocktail party"...said it would be raining, which it was, but no one was in Nice Shoes.....that didnt start till 930 and the party was supposed to be from 6-7, couldnt answer me on why we couldnt hold it in there???

No just sent this morning. As for Claire SHE offered to meet with us. I will make a set advance appt date and time BEFORE I get to TTR. I owe them money so they WANT to meet with me. Guess they want to see if they can wring out a little more or shut me up :wink:

I guess these people at premier have no clue. After the long email I sent them (see 1 page back) and mentioning I will be down in Oct to discuss with Claire in person they sent this today (see below). Like I am itching to switch over! I sure as hell am not talking to someone over the phone who does not realize the is a problem here and just wants to "sell me more"!

"Thank you for your email. I am passing your information on to our Customer AfterCare Specialist who will contact you within the next 24 hours.

They will give you details on the new program and how to go about switching switch over. We hope to see you soon!"

Hola , 2 important bites of info, The resort is offering a program to come down there to switch out your contract, 4 nights and 3 days for 315, I have ask if this price was for 2 but not heard backyet, I would hope so. Also some people are getting letters from RCI , that offer a basic flight for 2 to Cancun it you will sign a statment they are not liable. Has any body got this letter??? Terry

 

haven't gotten a letter or notice from Temptations.......wonder how many people will sign that letter???

Terry , in the top right hand corner of a post there is a Quote box . If you want to quote them click on it.^^^^ Also you said they (RCI) were sending this airfare offer if you sign a liability letter !!! Liability for or from what ?
