WATCH OUT PREMIER MEMBERS

I truly believe that the whole intent for Premier to do this is to keep people from coming back to Temptations so that they can get fresh blood in the resort . I feel like we've been scammed and was insulted by the Premier staff while we were there this past week . The swap of A.I. nights for points doesn't exist . They will give you 5 weeks of free A.I. nights over a 25 yr. contract . If you want more you have to talk people into going to the resort and throwing thier money away also . To boot when you do this it will cost you more money . IT'S A FRIGGIN SCAM If you don't believe it then give them your hard earned money and defend thier every move .

Since you have the hotline to Chris, find out about this meeting for us please. If we can exchange points for AI fees, all may not be lost. That is if they don't restrict that too. We have a lot of points to use up & this would help. Thanks

Hola, Will let you know as soon has he lets me know, when we where there last month I ask him about how the exchange was going to work he said it depended on what you owned and we decided to wait and see what RCI did. He said he would get Clarie to get us a print out of what we owned but we got busy drinking eating and having a good time and forgot to go back up and get it. Terry

 

You don't have to be there to get this information. Email premierservice@originalresorts.com and they will send you a screen copy of what you paid, what you purchased (ie so many nights and valued at so many points), what you have left etc. I sent the request for information out on Monday morning and had a reply by afternoon.

We saw our printout and they wanted to add $4000.00 to it . They don't care if we come back in fact they would prefer we didn't come back . We talked to Claire twice while we were there for about 3.5 hrs. She is a very personable lady but she is also a very company oriented saleswoman . She is not going to help us out if it doesn't benefit the company . Since we all do not want to go anywhere else but Temptations then that doesn't benefit Premier . Therefore points had to be limited to put a stop to or at least a slow down of repeaters to Temptations. They will do whatever to talk you into signing on the dotted line but believe me it will only benefit Premier. Personally I don't believe that Chris Oldroyd still works there. When we got there he was in The D.R. so we were told. We were told that he would be back Friday he never showed.We went to the Tuesday night meet and greet , what a joke . There were plenty of members there but no one of authority showed up . Just the regular workers from Premier showed up and they had no clue why people were upset and we wouldn't ask them questions that they couldn't answer . Maybe that's why they were sent . We went a third time to see Claire which she said to come back before we left and we were told by one she was sick and by one she was in The D.R. and by one she was in Cabo . You can only believe the facts that are in front of you we don't have a binding contract we only have money to put in thier bank just ask them. We have spent 3.5 wks at Temptations over 4 trips with the money we've given them we could have spent 5 weeks there through a travel agent no lies maybe a little pricey no lies.

 

Gotta love Premier's/Orginal Resorts business tatics.

I'm mean really all there doing is screwing with many of the people that got them to where there at. Repeaters I know was a huge part of the Premier's business.

So Roy and Marie it sounds like you basically got Temptations to admit it was there choice for the 60K cap??

If that is true then as members who this effects you know who's door to knock on now.

Why wouldnt they want us to come back? An empty room makes them no money! It sounds like what Marie was offered is what they are offering for new time shares members. I dont know how many points you had left but if it was in the millions that would sink. I know when I was there Chris said it depended on what you had vested in the company. I really think all the other stuff they are doing is to try and make the resort 5 star, just a hunch.Terry
