Kind of been watching this conversation and not really saying alot....BUT I think it is unreasonable for us to not be upset with Premier...No they are not RCI but they sold alot of people the package with bonus weeks and don't worry you can use RCI points to fly for just $49 a ticket. It is hard for me to believe RCI would not be willing to let us use unlimited points IF they were being compensated fairly for all these points being used by Premier members. Premier resorts cannot be that huge of percentage of people that are using RCI but we are the ones being blocked from using over 60,000 points....why?? Probably because they are not being compensated an amount that reflects the number of points being used. It really has little affect in my life since we bought the small package and have enough time to use the points we have left....but it changes our mind about extending our contract in the future.

Maybe the reason that TTR members are the only one w/restricted points are the members w/weeks can't get lodging anywhere unless you book years in advance and we're booking 2 or 3 times a year !!! Can't have happy members , need new people so we can sell more timeshares.

hola, preimier was the only resort left that had excellerated points. Their best selling point was the points to fly program. And yes if you use RCI to book any where, where ever you go they will try to sell you a time share.

Kudos to those of you keeping this post alive. I can't believe more Premier members aren't voicing their opinion on this discussion :?: Maybe there isn't as many members involved as I thought there was. What are members doing now that are at TTR or are going in the near future? I hope they aren't taking this whipping with their tails between their legs. Let's hear from some more of you that have been down to TTR recently or that are going soon. Thanks

I think that some members just don't know yet. When they go to use there points they"ll find out in a hurry. I don't know how many members
are on this forum either, What I do know is that there are over 4500 members. If they all read this post it be the best thing that could happen.
Getting complaints from 4500 + people may light a bigger fire under there ass. I really don't think they give a crap.

 I up graded last year on the promise of being able to use my points for airfare and now find out that we can only transfer 60,000 a year to RCI. That won't even buy one ticket. Anybody want 8 million points?

Who do we complain to? They tried to get me to change to their new plan this summer, I told them is was not as good as what I have, of course that was before I found out about RCI.

I have a feeling that the problem is with Temptation and not RCI.

Maybe Premier gave away millions of points that RCI can't cover. My new contract gives me 120,000 a year for 25 years. That's 3,000,000 pts total. Say the pts are worth a penny each. If a $1000.00 ticket uses 100,000 pts then you get 30 tickets over 25 years which cost RCI $30,000. If my math is correct, my total contract is $22,000 and that doesn't make for a money making business venture.

That 4500 might be a little high. My contract # last Oct. was G 1407 which they told me meant I was the 1407th member.
