    Someone named Claire Wright VP of Sales seems to be emailing me lately. Chris told me I would be getting a refund for the rental agency fee and then no more responses from him! To be honest I don't trust ANYBODY at Temptations anymore. They have earned that!
    I spoke to RCI two days ago I was told as Bluebay members we cannot access the website and the 60 K point limitation is still in place. Also we cannot transfer Points to anyone else or another account (I have 2 accounts) as other resorts can. Seems like our Premier points have so many limitations they are just about useless!

    Hola, I wouldnt believe any thing RCI tells you either, my daughter got on RCI web site today to check out an extra vacation. We got a refund for the rental program in April. Just used it to rent the yatch. If RCI cuts us off from the web site again I plan to rasie holy hell I paid my dues to RCI for three years in advance which has nothing to do with preimer. Terry

    Isn't Premier an extension of RCI ? Don't we deserve an answer or at least some kind of comment or e-mail for the thousands of dollars that they have collected and given very little in return . I don't trust anyone who will take our money have you sign a contract and then leave you out to dry while RCI tells you that even though you signed a contract we're going to change the rules and then Premier pretty much went into hiding . If they want the e-mails to stop then they can fix the wrong that we have been thrown into otherwise the e-mails will continue...

    Terry Yes, I have done the same thing, My point! And I have meet with him, in person. It don't fly with me.JMO When I hear from him and then only when I hear from him I will belive that he is still there. If I get another "Form Letter" from his asst. I will know

    Hola, you guys i dont know what to tell you, for one thing premier is not an extention of RCI, they have a contact with RCI just like we have a contract with piemier. I have not heard from Chris but "I guess he may have a real life sometimes." If
    I dont hear anything soon I will fly down there in Oct by my self( if I can still use the mega points banked at RCI to fly with) or I with call a national consumer radio host and see if he can help solve the problem. Terry

    IMHO if your selling RCI timeshares you work for RCI and you are an extension of RCI and if RCI is dishonest , well you get the picture...

    I agree Roy........if it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck. IMO they sold those contracts knowing we would have to work with RCI to make use of the points we were buying...

    I will be there in a couple of weeks, send my husband to the sexy pool to drink his brains out, and think I will have a very sober conversation with them upstairs........after I find out what is what, now that will be a different story....HELLO sexy pool!!!!

    You are right that Premier is not an extention of RCI. Nor do they work for RCI. However they did sell these contracts to a whole lot of us based on the RCI points we would be getting and what we could do with them. Mine was 5.4 millions points AND 6 "bonus weeks" a year at the premier resorts. Note that was "bonus weeks"! The MAIN point of the contract was the RCI points! That is what we bought it for... all the places we would be able to travel to in our retirement paid for now! Since premier sold us the contract which pretty much turns out to be useless at this point, certainly not working as they promised it would, they are responsible to make it right! If I bought a Maytag washing machine to do family laundry at Sears and Maytag decide to remove all the cycles but gentile, Sears would have to take back the washer! SAME thing. If you sell a product you are responsible to give the customer the product you sold him if you can't you have to make good! Very simple. Now Premier has been trying to work this out with RCI for 4 mos at least and getting nowhere. It is time to make good to those who want out or other deals! I would love to hear their explanation to Profeco in Oct. If they can't go there and say this is fixed now how can they justify keeping our money.
