No, not going to make this time. We are going to Panama City for bike week. Besides that I can't afford the trip with out knowing about points or nights. Trying to plan New Years there but still up in the air

 

We will be down there in 3 weeks, I am going to try and find out what I can (Chris, points, flights) although I think they are going to tell me exactly what it is they think I want to hear.

Your situation is different than mine also, we have a very, very small package and you have alot more points and money at stake......

You and your wife have fun in Panama City......

 

I agree... I am not getting my hope up, I will keep sending complain letters, until I see resolve.

Quick question if anyone knows the answer I seem to remember somewhere in the 25 pages of this thread that it was mentions the AI fees for 2008 were reverted back to the 2007 rate. Is that the case. I read through most of all the pages again but could not find it. I expect a call from Premier tomorrow morning and want to have all my info straight!

 

They did roll my rates back to 07 rates for my May trip, not sure about it being in this thread

 

I agree with Dave they reduced for the May trip but I don't think they did for this trip they were just cheaper this time of year.

 

Do you know what the AI fee was they charged you for Sept -Nov time frame. We WOULD have been going in that timeframe. Envy those who of you can still go!

 

If you go to the premierbyoriginalresorts.com website it lists what the current member special is. For the time period you're talking about, I believe the AI fee is $68 pp/day. Like you mentioned earlier in the thread, I would still like to know the details re: the new plan where Premier gives you AI fees in exchange for points. I'd probably do it if it appeared to be a good deal. If anyone out there has been presented with the option, can you please share with everyone on this thread. It appears there's alot of us in this situation.
With the current 60,000 point annual limitation, my 8 million+ RCI points aren't worth what they used to be. I can only hope that Premier & RCI come to an agreement where I can use my points when I want to without restrictions as it was presented to me when I signed my contract. I'm not going to hold my breath!

 

Twice now I have been promised a phone call from the head of marketing with those "details" (emails came directly from that person) both of those "appointments" have passed. I am not sure if their offer would be worth trusting at this point. I was also promised a refund of the worthless $299 for the "lifetime" rental program which apparently did not work either. I can't find ANYTHING worth trusting Premier about. Personally I would just like my money back and out of this contract. They have given me NOTHING so far! If I want to go to Temptations I'll go the same way I went last time Travelocity 7 nights $1738 w RT airfare from NY! My room by the quite pool was just fine last time.
