    Terry, do you have any information on how this trade-off was working? Such as were people trading all their points for AI weeks or only so many at a time? How many points for an AI day or week? Any info would be helpful.

    Please tell us, what the deal? How many points for AI? When we were there in May, we turned it down because the Resort wanted more money from us? like another 20 - 30 thousand, we said noway, not a peny more.

    I didnt ask about the details because we not ready to do it yet. But from what I understood what ever your points where worth you would get the same amount in AI days and no yearly fee in Jan. I should have asked more details.Nothing was said about having to pay another dime, I think they just want to make us happy, hard to sell timeshares when all your members are mad.Terry

    I think that was what Chris was trying to tell us about before he was gone (from the forum). It sounds like all you will have to pay for is the airfare...which in my case comes out to about the same, because we bought JUST to go to TTR, not to travel to other resorts. So it was either have your airfare paid and pay the AI fees, or the reverse??

    I guess I will give up some of my precious vacation time down there and listen to what they say......no slam intended, but do I believe them???

    Any idea how many points for AI weeks or how that program works? They were supposed to call me today with some details. The time window I gave them has already passed. Can't say I REALLY EXPECTED them to call but they made the offer (to call me). As usual for premier, unkept promises... and we are supposed to trust them to get this right?

    I would be curious to know if Chris mentioned why he has stopped communicating with members both on this board and by email????

    hey guys, recieved email from alex at premier,he said they were still discussing issues with rci and would get final agreement next week on the changes, would advise with decisions.

    Hola, I think Chris isnt writing here because he has to be careful what he says because of RCI. They are really trying to fix this. RCI points where sold to another company and they want a higher profit so thats why they limited the the points to fly. Will let you know if I hear from Chris. Terry

    The 60k cap doesn't only apply to airfare, it applies to all RCI point partners which includes hotel rooms, rent a car, amusement park tickets, ect. And, was only put on Premier members only. So their reasoning of higher airfare cost is a bunch of crap.

    I could understand why Chris hasn't written on this board in a while, but there is NO EXCUSE why he hasn't responded to phone calls or emails.
