    I guess I will send a reply and see what they have to offer. For what I paid it will have to be that plus I would still keep some of my points or maintenence fee would have to go away as well otherwise I am still on the losing end.

    Hang on a minute, this thread is not here to cause a negative impact on sales. It is about people who are not receiving what they paid for, sharing their experiences and various courses of redress. If we are going to get into the realms of a campaign to damage future business then the thread will be pulled for obvious reasons.

    Hey Steve, I don't think that post was to bad, but I see where your going.
    I know they(Premier} read these posts for a fact. Maybe a comment like that would help the over 5000 members alittle. Just my thoughts

    I agree, I dont think it was too bad. I just wanted to try and clarify what the thread is and is not about, to hopefully keep it on course rather than it potentially heading down the wrong track.

    It's quite a fine line between the two.

    I will just keep to myself, again I'm sorry!!! I didnt mean anything negative against the resort, I love it there

    The people (workers & vacationers) are why we keep going back . We have been married 27 yrs. and have maybe once or twice vacationed at a place more than once . This will be our 4th time at Temptations and is why we spent so much money to keep going back . If we had known they were going to pull such an underhanded stunt like limiting points and changing contracts we would have never spoken to Premier . It is this site that we have been able to find out what others have done or plan on doing . We come to this posting to vent our concerns and would never want to harm the integrity of Cancuncare .

    For the ones who have posted on The Squeaky Wheel I e-mailed them concerning RCI blocking complaint e-mails from The Sqeaky Wheel and this is thier response ;





    Yes, they can block e-mail messages from your account or from our mail server. However, you can change the e-mail notification type from Automatic to Manual (using your complaint update link) in which case the e-mail notifications will come from the people reading the complaint (not from your account and not through our mail server).

    It's time to go manual

    We get our info faster from here than premier. It has been quite awile since we read on here that the RCI website access was restored. Today! I got a message from ALEX FLAMENCO at Premier saying

    "This message is to let you know that RCI has been reestablished their website, this means that you’ll be able to use this web as you used before to verify all the RCI issues.
    We are very sorry for all this inconveniences you have been passed for this."

    That nice! I replied that the BIGGER issue is the 60 K points limit. Resolve that and we will be getting somewhere. Seems Premier is trying to do damage control. We hear nothing for months and now two messages in 2 days! Interesting but they need to correct the issues not just apologize for them. I paid way to much to just accept apologies! I guess I must be on that "vocal list" too!!

    Indiana Attorney General sent me a letter saying there does not appear to be any legal violations within their juridiction that they can pursue in court but they are attempting to mediate a reasonable resolution with RCI.
    We need more numbers here to help them mediate! Please send in your complaints!!
