    I just sent a complaint today, and will not be at TTR until next month...I dont feel I will get anywhere by emailing...neither did lowrider.

    we do need to band together and do something. I know that someone was due to arrive at the resort this week sometime, maybe he will have some news??? He was going to report back as soon as he heard something....of course the sexy pool might have gotten in his way...

    Profeco told me they have all my documentation and will be assigning a case # and meeting date (whatever that means). I plan to follow up with them this week. As for the Attorney General. I sent all the documentation to him but have heard nothing I plan on calling them tomorrow. RCI REFUSES to send anything in writing stating the restriction of 60K points to Premier members (very interesting). The RCI liasion at my other resort contacted them and was told no such limitation exists! Well of course it doesn't, for my points from that resort!! The denial of this policy to all but the Premier members I find VERY interesting. RCI must know this would never pass legally. To bad no one on this board is a lawyer and could help here. I would be happy to lose a cut to a lawyer to get some of my money back! I am sure someone could make a nice chunk of change representing all of us!

    When I booked our flight I called RCI and told them what I wanted and she said OH your a Blue Bay member , I'll have to transfer you . I asked why and she said there were only a few trained to handle Blue Bay members . I told her , yea I know we're such badasses people have to be trained to handle us. :evil:

    I will post my own as soon as I have time, am at work now, and sometimes I do have work to do...... :lol:

    don't know what kind of response we will get, but if enough of us post on there maybe they will at least look at it???

    I think it's a great site too . Everytime someone views it that posting is sent to Premier and RCI .For $5 you get one year and you can update anytime or add to it. That is the reason for posting it here so that we can get as many people as possible to look at it . I didn't word it so that I was demanding anything I just want an honest deal not a screwing . The points for airfare was the reason we bought into premier. I can see the ocean from the sexy pool and still get as many drinks as I want w/out premier. It's the cost of air from Charlotte that caused us to go see them.

    ditto here, yeah the rooms are nice, but we bought it to pay for our airfare...figured I would get at least 6 years of vacations at Temptations this way

    we have been there enough times now most of the staff know us, so we dont worry about getting drinks and so forth....

    *sigh* hoping all will work out, but have my doubts!!

    still going to party my butt off next month!!!!!!!!! :lotsofmichaelf:

    Received this from profeco today! I REALLY encourage those of you who are in this mess to complain to Profeco. If Premier has to keep sending legel rep to show up at their offices I am sure it will start to cost them money and annoy the crap out of them at least!! I will be happy to supply anyone who needs it with my file # so they can refer to it! Just PM me!

    The person who started the yahoo group is a lawyer. May want to see where they're all sitting on it over there. Been pretty quite over there lately. I believe the last I heard they were waiting on something......you know the typical we are looking into it and shortly will have a resolution story.
