WATCH OUT PREMIER MEMBERS

I have tried repetedly to contact Chris over the last 3 weeks. I have got return mail from Alex only. This is the same thing that happened when Aaron and Ming left, I don't know if they were fired or just quit, Noboy there will give you a stright answer. Alex said that he is still there but not available. Sound like a load of crap to me. This was after 3 e-mails asking a direct question. If anyone has heard anything, please share it with the rest of us.

So today I call and ask for his ext. rang for about 10 min. But then his asst. answered. I ask for Chris... Guess what, He is not available. But she assured that he still works there.... Bullshit is what I say. She ask for my number and said she would have him call. I'm not holding my breath. We will see if he calls. But I think I have a better chance of winning the lotto. He used to resd these post and replyed time to time. Not one post from him in almost 4 weeks. what do you think?

 

I think he is gone..........or if he is still there they have told him not to respond until they can figure out what to do???

if they monitor these boards they know some of us are going down there soon, I have about a month........and I will show up contract in hand and ask WTF!!!!

Won't surprise me one bit if they told him to zip it on internet. He won't be the first employee to be told that. Which I find completely sad on Temptations part. Since from what I can remember 99% of any conversation that any Temptation employee has had on this board has been nothing but postive for all parties involved.

I think this whole issue is at a stalemate. RCI has said their part and Premier has said theirs. RCI is the 800lb gorilla who can pretty much do what they want. I believe its in the lap of Premier now on what there going to do for the members. Unfortunately I don't think they want to refund money and that really should be one of the choices. Seems like they want everyone to switch there points into AI fees being covered program that Chris has talked about. But with how many points some of you have I don't think they could ever swallow that many points.

Keep pushing the issues members because if we let it die then this all get swept under the rug.


Anyone who recently came back and listen to there sales pitch are they still selling points???

Do you know anything about this points for AI fees program? Sounds like one way to use some of our points if we can't use them for airfare. For those of us that have free weeks & we could exchange points for AI fees & pay for airfare, it might come out close to the same cost. Of coarse if we are still limited to 60,000 points it may not buy many days. Any info on this program? Thanks

For those of you headed down there please keep us all informed since they cannot force us to "zip it". I only wish I could "tell them" what I think of them in person.
I am one of those who REALLY has nothing. since I stopped payments, I cannot even use my weeks or points. They have 80% of my money and and I won't give them another dime for the crap they sold me.
I am trying to fight them through Profeco in Mexico and Attorney General in Idiana so far not much headway but I have to much invested to just give it up.
I can tell you this, My husband and I were really looking forward to returning this Oct. but there will be no vacation for us this year and for quite awhile. It will take a long while to recoup our lost vacation money.
I made a suggestion awhile back that we should wear buttons or t shirts (when staying at Temptations) with slogens that enlighten prospective buyers bet that would get Premier discussing with us!

I would like to talk with you about this when we are there in September. It sounds like we have a similar package. I don't have as many points as some folks but I have used them for air three times already. I have considered upgrading my package since I will run out of points before I run out of nights, but I am not spending any more money until this all gets worked out!!

 

I talked w/RCI last night while booking our Sept. flight (rippoff) basically we got a $350 discount on our flight . They told me that if we wanted to use our points to stay at any resort then there was no limit to the points we could use ,but, if we wanted to use our points for air then we could only use 60,000 pts. and since a ticket from Charlotte to Cancun cost 45,000 pts . we had to pay for one ticket (RIPOFF) so we're going to RCI the 1st week of Sept. and hopefully get something accomplished .

 

I think your right DavenRose, my husband and I purchased a very small package, to wait and see if it worked for us. We did use our points for airfare in May when I went down with his daughter, still had to pay, but not as much, sort of like Roy and Marie's....and this time we are going we found a great deal on airfare from USA 3000 so we didnt use it, so basically what we got this time was money off our AI fee, which we paid in January per our contract.

we are flying in early on the 6th (landing at 1030) have a private transfer, so we will see you there!!! I know they are going to want us to meet with them this visit cuz I refused last time, only there for 4 days didnt want to waste one. They might not be so happy to talk to me this time!!
