WATCH OUT PREMIER MEMBERS

Yes, those of us who had been in RCI before realized it was a good deal... Too good I guess. I still have a timeshare in Smugglers Notch Vermont. When I bought into BB I was told the two memberships could be combined (one membership fee) and they were until mysteriously, in May, without any notice, I was assigned a new ID number for BB. RCI told me that BB requested to be a "separate group within RCI" and I now had to pay TWO separate membership fees. They refused to provide me with any written documentation. Of course BB said RCI separated my accounts of their own choice. I knew something was up from then and the more I sought answers the more unfolded including the blocked access and 60K limit! This whole deal stinks. I know I am out 20K and have absolutly nothing for it. I haven't used 1 point or returned to BB since and of course not I can't because I refuse to give them any more money. I almost wish I could just to tell them what I think of them and maybe save a few people some heartache. I actually did enjoy the resort. I just wish someone had "saved me" while I was there!

for whatever good it will do I was able to logon to RCI just now so good luck & I'll some info straight from Chris to post next week.

 

I too was able to log on to RCI webite....now for the BIG quesion...Is the 60k point cap lifted? I will try tonight and advise.
I am not getting my hopes up because I called Premier Customer Service today and was told that this is still being worked on.

By the way, the second big question is, has anyone heard from Chris lately? I know I haven't.

 

He was supposed to send me something three weeks ago and I have heard nothing from him despite follow-up emails. Maybe he "advocated to much".

 

Chris said that he would email me, too. Hope he is still working at TTR. He was better than others.

 

I have also
tried to contact him in the last 2 weeks. I recived a very short response. "I'm on vacation" will get back to you next week. Well next week has come and gone. I e-mailed him 3 times this week, no replys. Also one of his e-mail accts. Is no longer working, same thing happened when Aron and Ming where replaced? I have asked the question to and e-mail to Temptations, Who ever will read it"Is He still working there" Guess what, no reply from that e-mail either. I hope he is still there, he truly was trying when we were there in may. I hope they have not tied his hands behind his back.

 

Really hope he is still around. So far he has been the only one that really cared at getting things fixed. But if he left I can understand why. He seem to want to get resolutions to issues and we all know he doesn't have the power to make the finally decession so I'm sure there is a lot of head butting going on with the owners. Weather he is gone or not Premier has alot of issues that need to be resolved. They can't just ignore the problem.

Won't surprise me if he left that he won't come back and post on here what the real story is behind everything that is going on.

I am glad you are reading this tread. Hope you are well, I am glad I met you and your wife.

Let's hope, we will not have to give up our vacation to be in front of TR to let every one know how TR can't be trusted.

Hey Soonn, Was neice meeting you too. I read this forum and others everyday, I just don't post much. I try not to get to upset any more, But just like ALL the members Im tired of taking it in the ass. If Chris is still there I have some hopes that all will work out.
