    Well, Don't know how it was fixed , but we called Premier told them the situation and the the lady we spoke too said she would call RCI ... we checked our points this afternoon and they are all there. The 19k 25K and 6K. Premier came through for us on this. We were not getting anywhere and RCI said they didn't have a record of any of this. WE DID PRINT A COPY at least this time ... Anyway , check your points on RCI and make sure everything is accurate. Hopefully our situation was just a fluke

    Thanks for the heads up about the points.I just checked ours and we have missing points.So I called RCI and they said the resort cancelled our membership.So I will be calling them in the am to get to the bottom of this.They also sent us a bill for a maintence fee that they can also shove up there ass because our contract reads no maintence fee.And it is so nice to know after paying our RCI fee for 5 years that they can step in and cancell our rci membership.What a way to run a buisness. :evil: I will keep ya posted on the siduation and will be very happy when the day comes I have gotten my points and was able to use them for something.someday ,hopefully.And I also beleive in santa.

    I forgot that part, yes RCI said we were canceled too, but we are paid up 2 or 3 years in advance. We called Premier and it was all taken care of quickly. But how do these things happen? Anyway , less stressful to get it fixed before you need your points..... and believe me it is stressful when your told you lost your points and your account was canceled!!

    Just goes to prove you how disorganized the whole sysytem is. But then maybe that is the point. Confuse and use and everyone becomes nieve too the whole process.

    Wasn't that long ago the only copy of your contracts was in binders. They actually lost a binder or two at one point. :roll:

    I keep an eagle eye on Premier and RCI. They "loose" points, take away ammenaties do what they can to provide the least amount they can to there members now that they have your money.

    Today is out hearing with PROFECO regarding my 14 complaints. Once I know anything I will let you all know whats going on and the outcome if there is any.

    Has anyone heard from premier in the last week or two? Claire is mia! Maybe she was to overwhelemed and left?

    Does anyone know if the "20% lower rates for members than public rates" is still listed on Premier's site? I couldn't find it yesterday... and I did find some great rates on Expedia.ca for deluxe ocean view / garden view rooms (for May 2010). Helluva lot cheapper than the posted member rates.

    Our Profeco reply came back from the hearing Dec. 18th. As expected it was one of the same crappy offers they presented us before. Two new RCI accounts and 20% off the Premier website rate. This hearing did not address any of the 14 complaints we filed.
