WATCH OUT PREMIER MEMBERS

Has anyone heard from Claire lately? I have emailed her about 3 times and no reply. Is she still on the job or gone again?

 

Not a peep out of anyone at Premier. Shocking isnt it! NOT

Same crap just a new face to the managment team. crap is still crap

 

Real problem I think is the wall is being put up by someone (LePena(sp?) Family would be my guess or some type of Premier board of directors or whatever they may call it). People have came and gone with different titles and very few have ever really accomplished anything. I'm sure its not because they haven't tried to get things done. But they only have so much power. Chris was perfect example who really seemed to take the bull by the horns and after busting his butt and wall after wall kept being thrown up he got out of his position.

Some how as members we need to band together a figure out issues that they can personally control and bring it to there attention over and over until someone listens. Things like AI fees and benefits.

You are right about Chris, he did more to help us and the program than anyone else. I think you are 100 percent right about the family or their advisors controling things or Bert is still around, some how. Plus, you are also right about banding together, but how? The mole's web site was great but I have not a cue how to reach members now. We need to be more vocal when we are there and get posts about how unhappy we are at the topics page of Cancun care, how many newbie read all these pages. Terry

 

They are just pushing new memberships. I saw a few people taking the tour last week when it wasn't raining. A couple of the female sales people are still there. One girl who is a dancer has been selling memberships because it pays better. They seem to have more spanish speaking sales people to target the Latinos. They asked again if I wanted to make a trip upstairs but I passed this time. I just went up when I needed a good drink. They did stock a bar in the Premier section of the beach and it even had Gray Goose. They left a couple complimentary Temptations robes in the room to take home.

 

at some point it would be great to organize a Members only take over week and everyone at the same time go talk with Premier about the ongoing issues with the contracts. Strength in numbers?

 

Handyman, I guess what you stated are the new perks for members, doesnt sound like much, when the price of going is going up so much! And Mike May would be a great time to do a take over, a lot of members go then. Terry

 

That would be a great time to have a group meeting with them and not any one on one. It is difficult to bullshit a group, yet one on one is easy. I bet that they will not do that. Just my thoughts.....

Maybe if Steve could put a sub group for the roll calls each month for Premier members. That way premier members could hook up with other premier members and they could cordinate a day for a small group of them to go and talk to Premier. This way Premier would be getting a group of members knocking on there door every other week or so through out the year. Groups of unhappy members running around the resort doesn't help them sell memberships.
