    I'm still just getting a blank page. My bookmark is for there front page.

    But if you type /forums after it then you can get into the forums.

    I have been in contact with Claire Wright and it is true that she is now in charge of the sales and memebership program. WE will be trying our best to work with Claire to work out our issues. We presently have 14 complaints with PROFECO but we would rather deal directly with Premier and Claire to see if this can now be resolved. Claire was pretty fair with us prior to her departure and we expect nothing but the same once she is back up to speed and starts working on the mess Bert left behind.

    This is her reply to our email:

    Dear Mike & Shelly,

    Thank you for the mail. Yes I am indeed back with Premier and very pleased to be able to step in with the opportunity to help out and hopefully finalise many of these outstanding problems and ongoing issues for the members in question.

    All I ask presently is that you allow me just a week or two to be able to iron out some of the issues and have chance to really sit down and figure out the options available to us to resolve this matter for you and many others. We are taking these matters seriously and I assure you they are at the top of my agenda. Firstly I am doing a small reorganisation of the sales staff and rooms and then we can concentrate on these more pressing matters.

    My new email address is as follows salesdirectorcun1@originalresorts.com I can be reached there if you should need any further help. I will be in touch with you very soon.

    I hope members view these changes in a positive light and soon may come to realise we care greatly about the happiness and good public relations of our VIP members.

    So Mike, in you opinion, do you think it would be worth it for me to wait and see how this pans out...pay the rest of my contract, and actually USE it??

    I only owe them another 1000, but that is hard earned money for anyone, and if I can go cheaper on Apple, or expedia it would be IMHO silly? I know you guys have a ton more invested, but would like to know what you think?

    I would first give Claire the opportunity to resolve any issues you have and see if the resorts discount the rooms to members. I would send Claire an email and outline why you have not paid the balance. Also include examples of how its cheaper and with what websites to show Premier they are loosing business with there members if the members book online at Expedia or another site for less then the Premier rates. You might find Claire all to willing to make some kind of arrangments to get you cheaper rates or compensate you something to get your membership back in good standing. It cant hurt to talk to her.

    We have never been able to get any rates cheaper then the Premier rates on line when we go to Desire REsort and Spa. 20% off the room rates plus any promotional rates (5th night free, etc.) is far less expensive then booking on line with any website. We have not stayed at Temptations and have never researched rates there. We have stayed at Blue Bay Family and our membership rates were cheaper then internet rates. So for us it hasnt been an issue.

    I will definitly keep everyone posted. I think we are the biggest thorn in there side right now with the complaints, emails, phone calls and web posting we make. Im sure they will do what they can to silence us. Im ok with that.

    I think that is a big issue about the cost of to many of us to use are membership. Really if I can book through other parties at a the same or lesser rate why would anyone want to be in Premier??

    Honestly believe the AI fees should be more like $68 to $82 a day depending on the time of the year. Then using about $80 a day per a person and $400 for each airfare you can get down there for a week for about $1900 to $2000. Which will usually beat most third party offers unless you get a really good deal. Which should save a couple around $200-$400 a trip or so. To me that is with in reason to expect for putting up the kind of money people have for Premier.
