WATCH OUT PREMIER MEMBERS

I did call my credit card company and told them I didn't authorize the payment and cancel it. They said all I could do was file a dispute and cancel the card so they can't do it again.

 

Sounds like there getting desperate down there. :lol:

What a bunch of a**holes to just charge your card.

 

I deal with credit card companies and we lose disputes with customers if we cannot prove the card/customer was there to authorize the purchase. We need to have a record of swiping the card or having the customer's signature. I would keep fighting the charge by asking to speak to a supervisor. The only difference is that I only deal with customers in the states and I'm in New York. I'm wondering if their hands are tied because the charge came from outside the country. It does not hurt to speak with someone at a higher level. If my company did that sort of thing we would be subject to penalties and fines by Visa & Mastercard and would be in danger of continuing to accept those cards. Good Luck.

Well from what I gather 'ol Bert's one shady SOB so maybe there's hope for us members that have been getting screwed by Premeir.

 

There is a lot of buzz on more then jsut this site about Bert being gone. I have dealt with Claire in the past and found her to be reasonable and she tries to be fair with everyone she meets. I hope this trend continues.
I will be sending her a private email to see if I can get any info about the recent change in staff.
