    They sell your information. Im sure of that. Anyone who will pay them for names and contact info will get what they want. CASH talks!

    I do not trust anyone who calls us about the membership. I hangup quickly.

    The lady I talked to at Temptations was management (so she said) but I don't know if the lady on the phone was . When I told her I didn't own property at Temptations her english got real good and she told me to have a good day . I didn't lie , I never finished paying after they so drastically changed our signed contract . So how could I own property ? We told them that if they would honor our contract as it was written we would pay on it as agreed . They refused to honor it so we refused to pay.

    Im sure you got the same reply we did when we informed Premier that they were not honoring the contract.

    "We didnt breech the contract. If you have a complaint file it with Profeco as stated in your contract."

    Premier will always tell you they didint breech the contract becuase they know Profeco can not force them to follow through on the contract. Profeco is just a mediator nothing more. Premier has a loop hole in the contract that doesnt force them into following it regardless of who you complain to. The have a good scam going and no need to fix it if people keep buying or paying on the contract.

    We were lucky that they only got by with scamming us out of around $4000 . Some people were hit a lot harder than we were . If there were any way of getting our money back without spending a fortune I would persue it .

    Five years ago I almost bought this product Melissa begged me to buy it and I said no because of the advice my father gave me. "If you can't leave with it in your hand it isn't anything to have." We were talking about timeshare at the time. I am so glad that I listened to him. I'm sorry for all the hell you guys are going through. I really hope it works out for you all.

    I got one of these and filled it out about a month ago, then I got another one today, guess I get to tell them again

    The SOB's went and put my payments on my credit card.



    I am currently in charge of your account and I have done some investigating into the history of not just this contract but the previous two contracts and I have not found a problem with the memberships, not a single complain and given the current financial status your membership is in,according to the contract we have process the two monthly payments missing in order not to proceed with the forwarding of this membership to a collections agency

    or cancelling this contract according to page 8 of your contract ,you now have just the august payment pending



    We are making changes on the website and because we will be creating a password fr you to log into it we need to make sure your contact information is current

    there is even a promotion to pay your membership in full as well as the option to refinance your contract at 72 monthly payments (at no extra cost) therefore lowering your monthly payments

    Thats why I wouldnt give them my credit card...and the one I used for the down payment was closed...on purpose.

    can you close your credit card??

    WHAT, They can not charge your card without prior authorization. I would call the card company today and dispute the charges. They have no authorization from you to prove you gave them the card info. This is fraud and theft.
