Walmart and Dollars... Bill Payments

    So I know Walmart offers a great rate if you pay in Dollars for groceries, also that they will process bill payments such as electric, telephone etc.

    But do Walmart accept Dollars for bill payments?

    We tried to pay some bills with Dollars today at Oxxo and they offered a rate of 10:1 when it is closer to 14. No thankyou.

    I'll answer my own question :) Walmart dont accept Dollars for bill payments.
