Wal Mart does have a fairly extensive pharmacy and the prices are pretty good. But personally I think thereare other pharmacies downtown that have better prices. And remember......not everything is available without a prescription. There are some things that do require one.

that's what I meant, a possible trip in May... BTW: Not hijacking... Wal-Marts in Mexico are very much as Karan said. Some even have McDonald's in them... and Sam's Club is there, too.
