So, we are new to the forum and will be our first trip to TTR. We are staying 7/3-7/6, but on a waiting list for 7/1-7/2. Have thought about staying close to TTR at another resort the first couple nights of our trip, but would rather stay the whole time at TTR. Any way to navigate around the waiting list? And if not, any ideas of another resort that’s close and has a party vibe?
Are you a premier member? I only ask because we are premier staying the same dates June 27-July 5th. We are waitlisted for our ocean review contracted room, but were assigned a garden view. I would think they are holding a lot of rooms for premier waitlist right now because they have to accomodate premier reservations and this is a super busy weekend. Best of luck, see you at the pool!
We were on a waiting list once for a few nights, and we diligently checked other sites, and I think we checked directly with resort, and lo and behold, there was a room available afterall. It worked out for us.
