    not sure, think he just gave up. Looks like he has the money to go now after his court settlement though!! :)

    no i dont think i was disqualified.... they stopped the voting i believe cause of Ted and Nicholas... they had taken me, Ted, Nicholas, Danielle, and when I looked later Jessica (who only had 700 some votes) off the site prior to shutting it down, so I don't think I was disqualified...
