I train 3 times a day, I don't do the same routine 3 times a day when on vacation. I just find it hard sitting by the pool all day so it breaks the day up for me. Looks like it's going to be only twice a day on most of this trip because it's going to be hard leaving the group thats going to be there lol.
I do 20 reps per set and try to do 5 sets on each exercise or do a superset mixture. The pondage of the weights depend on my mood lol

I do 3 sets of 15 on each of 8 excerises always using max weight.....when I can do 3 sets of 15 I increase the weight. But I only do one work out a day. Right now I am doing press downs with 240 and flys with 235...curls and rows with 170....bench 225 ......ab machine at 205...etc.. Not as strong as I was in my youth but not bad for a guy over 50.

I'll puff some biceps stuff if I want my arms to puff.....maybe for the "look" around the pool.

Your weights don't make any sense tome to be honest, heavier flies than bench? When you say max weight, do you mean at TTR?
I find it hard training now since I lost my training partner.

I could make do with 80's...but 40's??? Guess I will be working out light this time. Maybe I'll just do some concentrations with my Bubba keg filled with VODKA!

Yes.......I'd stopped the bench work for a little over a year as i'd lost grip during a foolish training session and dropped my left hand to my chest. Now I use a machine only for my bench work, that's why the lower number there. I used to bench max at 425.

Not max at TTR......those are my max lifts at 45 reps each. I can certainly max lift higher weights but not at that level of reps.

    For good Beach/TTR Puff
Try BSN Nitrix for 30 days prior to vacation, also throw in the low/no carb two weeks prior.
