Yes it looks a nice promising development, however in reality they are cheaply built houses by Casa Ara who are notorious in Mexico for building sh*t. They have re-marketed the development about 3 different times, and if you take a drive a see the houses with signs on the front saying "esta es un casa de horror" etc. you might think again In front on this development is the Villas de Arte wasteland that got closed down because the owner didn't own the land but built a load of houses, which now stand decaying and be reclaimed by the jungle. Amazing what a sleek looking website can portray
