No free wifi- you pay for it. There are other threads that discuss the current specifics. It has changed since last year, so I can't speak of their new internet/wifi method. ~Jill~
Last year there was free wifi in the lobby. If might not have been TTR but we did catch a signal. This year the laptop and both cellphones stayed in the safe all 14 days
When we went last Aug we called VZ added the Mexico plan and it cost us about $9 for the time we stayed there. With the plan I recieved 75 free minutes. I all so added an international data plan that cost me $25 for 100 megs of service. I had our kids send us emails rather then call and that worked out great!!!!
Not true. You can call anywhere with the pls Verizon offers. Been doing it for years now and no issues
It does not matter what plan you have. Shared or unlimited. Sign up for the Mexico plan and you get to call, text etc. outgoing texts are 50 cents incoming I think are 5 cents. Calls are 99 cents minute. In and outgoing. Sucks but you can use the phone. If you get wi fi for free you can call using free magic jack app on I phone.
