Rio's and Coco Bongo's sound like great ideas. Thanks everybody, theres nothing better to help you decide where to go then recomendations from people who have been there. Now all we need is awesome weather to go with the awesome group going at the end of February.
You can pretty much guarantee great weather at the end of February. Coco Bongos is definitelt worth the trip.
