Vegetarian....

    Well with seafood you're fine, also eggs...in the morning...omm-ee-lette...am I right?!?

    Everyone who wrote above is correct.

    Breakfast: There is an assortment of rolls/breads, yogurt, fruit bar, and of course omelets to order (even egg whites if you prefer)

    Lunch/Dinner: At the buffet you will find a pretty good fruit bar and salad bar as well as side dishes etc. If you eat seafood there is always something available. One night the last time we were there they had huge crab legs even.
    At the sit down restaurant for lunch there are little pizzas, salads, etc.
    At the sit down dinner restaurants there was not a vegetarian menu item (but there were at least 1-2 seafood options) but they will always accommodate your requests.

    The only caveat, which is more for vegetarians who will not eat seafood: you will have no trouble finding food to eat but your protein options will be lacking (I did not see a ton of beans or tofu etc) so you may want to bring a protein bar or two.
