We go to Vegas every year. We love it. We will be following your post if anything comes out of this. We would love to party with the Cancun people. The two hotels we usually stay at are the Wynn and Mandalay Bay. The Wynn's topless pool is great. Big pool and no cover charge. if you had a big group from Cancuncare coming, this might be a good place because how big the pool is and also no cover charge. Moorea pool at Mandalay Bay is also great. It is topless but a lot smaller. Its a younger crowd but the atmosphere is awesome. There is a $40 or $50 cover charge for men and depending on how many people show up, it might be hard to find chairs for everyone. I don't think you can go wrong with either place. I think May is the earliest you want to go because of the weather. If the temperature is in the mid to low 70's, not many people are in the pool.

We stayed at Rumor a couple of years ago. At the time the pool was topless w/Pasties. But it was very dead. No activity going on. Staff didn't seem to care about being there.
We went to the Artisan for a topless pool party while we were there and it was pretty lively. The Artisan was a good option for a lifestyle type takeover. Heard they were closing though. Tampa Caliente is another option. Warmer winter climate.

I couldn't find anything about Rumor on TripAdvisor, but Yelp was interesting. Lots of unsavory reviews, as recently as this month, but it also says the hotel is closed?

We have been to to Bare and Moorea , prefer Bare (more lively- but smaller and water gets cloudy quick). We would love a TTR meet up. June would be best for us! Keep us posted.

We're headed to Vegas in March, I think I will head over to the Artisan and see what it's like. We're always up for a trip to Vegas. October will not get here soon enough for our trip to TTR.

We go to Vegas often as we are from Los Angeles.
We have stayed at Rumor dozens of times...unfortunately as of Jan 20, this hotel has closed. We were scheduled to attend an event there in June and we got notification that Rumor is no more and event moved to the Artisan (owned by the same company) We have also stayed at the Artisan countless times. It is very affordable but off the strip. It's a small boutique hotel with an interesting vibe. It's dark and has artwork everywhere. The rooms are not very good but I believe some have been remodeled recently although we have not stayed in those yet. The old rooms are in dire need of updating and maintenance (our bathroom ceiling started leaking last time) Summer time is a good time to go. The pool is top optional BUT it is very small. It can get crowded and in the summer when it's crazy hot you will feel like you're in a bowl of soup with a bunch of people lol. At night the hotel can get really noisey. They have a club which is an after hours club. So after all other clubs in Vegas are closed this one remains open all night until the wee hours of the morning.. music is crazy loud and this is a small hotel. You will hear music in your room from the club unless you stay on the 4th floor.

We'll be there April 9th thru the 15th. We're stay at the Golden Nugget a couple of nights and moving over to the Mirage the rest of the time just to get a taste of the new and the old Vegas. We also plan on visiting the Green Door while we're there for a little adventure and fun!
