After doing some careful research I am in full agrrement with Partydollgirl on this matter. Unless someone rents a house out this is not very cost effective...Besides there really is no place like TTR which is what we all become stone cold repeaters of...:aktion054:

not sure how i missed this thread!! i've lived in vegas for over 7 years.

Vegas is not as cheap as many people think. some deals are available, but few and far between. most of the executives in the casinos have a finance background, NOT hospitality or gaming. there has been a major shift in the culture of the casinos; well, more of a loss of or lack of culture. it's all about numbers now.

May starts to get warm and June - August are hot. Jan - Feb are coldest, with a tiny chance of snow. the pools are generally open April - Sept or Oct. I would say best months are April and October.

budget-wise renting a large house is the way to go. and those who want to stay in a hotel can take that option. taxis are not exactly cheap, but a DUI is waaaaaaay more expensive.

if you guys decide to do Vegas i do know some industry people. for the clubs and pools, i can get girls in free anywhere, and guys free or reduced entry. hotel deals are hit or miss. Hard Rock sends out some pretty decent hotel offers, but like many of the deals, dates book up fast.

Thank you for your much needed input..As much as I enjoy Vegas I still am in agreement with Partydollgirl...After the expense involved we may as well just do TTR..Im sure you know that at this point if there is still strong interest to do a Vegas reunion YOU might be the MAN in charge.

Hi everyone, I have a house in Summerlin where we could have a bbq and party. I would really enjoying hosting. Also it's a 4 bedroom, but 3 of the rooms are unfurnished if anyone felt like staying from partying too much. It's a great party house, wet bar, gas BBQ, sorry no pool though

Rio, Wynn/Encore, Caesars, Mirage, M Resort and a number of others here in Vegas have topless pools. Not sure how they compare to TTR as the wife and I haven't been since moving here last year, but we'll get to one of them soon!

the topless pools are really just a gimmick. i've been to a few of them and very few, if any, girls are topless. any games like at TTR would not be allowed.

I may be late to the party here, but a party house and a suite or two (shared) would seem to be the way to go. Party it up at the house (or maybe converted timeshare week) near the strip and then have fun catching up over drinks.
