Are there any grocery stores where I can find specialty items like vegan meats, cheeses, butters, and milks, etc.? Do groceries carry vital wheat gluten to make my own seitan? Thanks in advance.
I don't recall seeing soy style - imitation foods shopping but it could be there. There are tons of Corn options that do not contain wheat glutens. Usually there is tons of fresh produce avialable in stores such as soriana and mega.
