haha, thanks. I just dont' think people should have to pay for a service they were promised...then didn't get it. Money doesn't grow on too many trees anymore....and I know that the issue isn't totally because of the money...but my gosh, how horrible for you to EXPERIENCE a valentine floral delivery not happening for someone very special to you and you aren't even near enough to make up the difference by doing something as an alternate. Some company's lack of ability to know what kind of volume they can handle on busy days just really hacks me off...makes you realize they are there for the money, not the customer. Okay...I'm all better now.
what was the reason why they didn't deliver the flowers? There was a local florist on the news this morning, complaining her employees couldn't get to work yesterday, and she was hoping the deliveries would be made today ... BUT that's because we had freezing rain and icy roads and a temperature of 2 degrees! But in Texas that's not a valid excuse!
they have given me NO reasons, I cant even get ahold of them on the phone!! Left 4 messages, but calling back shortly!
1- Call the credit card company and have the charges reversed 2- Post retailers information on a public forum warning of their service. Word it so that you can expect a few replies. 3- Email local media a summary of the event making sure to include public forums where you posted your story and that you had to call the credit card company for a refund as the retailer wasn't returning calls. Make sure the retailer is copied on the email. The local media company's may not do anything... but the retailer most likely won't take that chance.
I'll let him tell the story... but its still not resolved yet. No flowers delivered. No refund. No valid explanation.
Can't wait to hear the outcome of this story ! Hopefully the girlfriend wasn't upset that she didn't get her flowers.
she was not that upset, she understands, but still NO call back last night! Today is D DAY, in 15 minutes they open and Im calling and not taking NO for an answer!
