So I ordered a dozen roses to be deliverd in texas to my gf linz! I ordered them a DAY before valentines day and had a personal guarentee that all valentines day delivery's would happen, regardless!! Hell, I paid over 100.00 for my order, it should get there. They NEVER showed up! So, today I am demanding a FULL refund of my money, AND they better still deliver the flowers!! Am I wrong for asking this? Hell, they have specials to were I can send flowers for 40.00 for an after valentines day special. Thats BS, what do you guys and gals think??
i think you shouldnt have watied till the day before to order when valentines day falls on the same day every year :wink: demand refund
They are one of the largest places in the city of dallas/arlington, the lady told me NO trouble, its guarenteed they are delivered! Well........... no such luck, so I want them delivered today AND a full refund, thats BS!
Unless they had weather problems like we did yesterday, there's no reason why they shouldnt have delivered. Even if you just ordered the day before, if you were guaranteed, then they should have delivered.
I think they should deliver anyway..and give a refund. OR ask if they will deliver even more flowers at no charge in a few weeks to celebrate the departure of going to Cancun!!! In addition to sending the flowers anyway, without a refund (if they so no way on refund) What did they say?
My Valentines Disaster......................... Bought flowers on the 13th. 3 feet of fu##ing snow on Valentines Day Was not able to go to my fiance's house to give her the flowers.
I have left 4 messages with them and STILL no phone call or delivery of the flowers!!!!!! :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:
bummer...we only got a couple inches here. its a whopping 12 degrees farenheit right now with a windchill of zero. Was 7 and windchill of -2 a while ago...so I guess we are warming up for the day! Well, I got no flowers for Vday....thats about normal though...I only got flowers a few times on Vday from Kevin...he's not much into that. :cry: I did get a funny card though
