Theres a walmart your good hehe. Liquid calories are brutal, I gained 16 pounds over 7 days in 2013. In 2014 only one pound. LIQUID calories pushed my caloric intake above 10,000 im sure a day hahaha. Them Tom Colins drinks from the bar in the Temptation mug from the gift shop ahhaha. And im smarter at eating now. Shit in 2014 I was having like 3 deserts a night too, just ate fatty meat and veggies during the day with tequila shots between meals.
At 43 you are a baby! Just wait until you are into you late 50’s and you will really experince “harder”...well except for some parts (without “chemical” help)...lol!
Hope you guys understand I am just joking with you! I have been following this thread for quite awhile and am intrigued and have learned quite a bit from the various posts. Thank you for all of the great information. We all know every body (everybody) is a bit different and what is good for the goose is not always good for the gander! Or in my classic post...different strokes for diffetent folks, take what you want and throw away the rest...it would be boring if we were all the same! I’m holding out for that magic diet or pill that guarantees you can shovel in your mouth any and as much food and “drank” that you want at any time but yet you grow and maintain the muscular ripped Adonis size you prefer! I read on the Internet that it is around the corner. And I am a French model... I will be 58 real shortly and I just cannot seem to put the work or discipline in to cut up my gut! Not that it is huge or anything but one day I would really like to see my abs again which I know are really there due to all my core work. Life is short and although we work out typically 5-6 days a week we both like to eat and drink. Especially cheesburgers and french ries, and desserts, and lots of hard liquor, and...damn! Where is that magic pill????
Yeg day is every day! Not for the faint of heart either, especially with L4/L5 bulgy leaky disc issues...ouch.
If you're interested in fasting, Dr. Jason Fung has an excellent 29-part series posted on his website worth reading. Fat loss the major benifit most look at, but there are some other major ones as well. If you have the fat to burn you will not lose muscle fasting. We both have experienced strength gains while doing extended fast due to HGH increase, especially my wife. https://idmprogram.com/fasting-a-history-part-i/
