I love that there are no restrictions this way, you can eat foods you enjoy, so it seems to be the most sustainable "diet". I also love to swim, so I'm swimming a mile 3 days a week in 35min or less. And then HIIT workouts along with treadmill intervals 4 days a week. The countdown is on!!! Cannot wait

Nathan, I haven't been lean like you since 2010, even then not that lean. We were talking that even after Mexico I will most likely go right back onto Keto and see how it goes. And yes we can talk for hours and hours about diet, I been doing it a long long time. Quote honestly in my past I was training out of anger and for the wrong reasons, now its fun instead of a punishment. To see what I can do with my old man body, vs a young angry egotistical mindset. Just started cutting this week myself to lose a few pounds before I get there which is now 50 days. Lifting heavy shit and reducing carbs has always worked for me to get rid of the weight. Got to be bikini ready when I get there. We did use the gym when we were there last time. Kind of limited to equipment and smaller weights but at least it is a workout.
