Have any of you using private transportation found your tour company such as Funjet or Apple getting Pi$$y at you for not riding to hotel with them? The three times I have been to Cancun we always used Brants transfers and always let the Companies know at the airport we have our own transportation when we arrive so they don't wait for us. But it seems when we get to the hotel we missed out on the tour of the hotel that tells you where everything is and what times shows are, dinner reservations etc. Then when we go to ask Funjet or Apple reps something they are kinda short with us. And when we go to leave the resort with Brants transfer back to the airport for departure and go to tell them we will not be riding with them they act like they don't understand or something. Anyone else seem to have these types of issues or ideas on how to handle it. We Still booked our trip with them, you think we'd still deserve the same type of service even though we booked our own transportation and didn't book tours through them. Or am I wrong??
