well it seems as though even after trying to report it as a fake and also spam they still haven't forced it down. So I did what I could best do. I noticed most all 8 of "her" friend were friends with Chinos. I have messaged all of the 8 people "she" is friends with(with the exception of 2 because they have their privacy set to no messages from non friends) and let them know that the profile is fake and they as well as all of their friends list has been compromised for fraud and spam by Nadene. The other 2 that I could not reach I am in hope that Chinos will help out on this one. I messaged him to see if he will pass on the same message to those 2 people seeing as though he is friends with them. Monique, the only thing I have gotten from facebook is that ONLY YOU can report them as using your own intellectual property and them posing as someone they are not, that being you. Everyone else can only say that the Nadene is using their "friends or someone they know" picture and they will look into it. If however you are not on facebook, YOU ONLY can report it once again. Hope this starts to help a bit.
I have reported her 6 times already and also sent a note to the ceo of facebook. They always say that they are gonna send a message code to my cell phone in which I then input into my report but I haven't received any codes so nothing is happening with it. I also sent a note to Nadine and told her to quit using my pic. Not sure what else to do from this point. I have also message all of the friends too. 2 are mutual friends so that is why I can see it.
