An exciting game for sure and Ryan Miller (Michigan Native & Buffalo Sabres Goalie) did a fine job for Team USA! :icon_cool:

That was a fantastic game. And Miller what more can you say but outstanding job!

Not counting Canada out of it, but they have to win 4 straight.

I fear the RUSSIANS and Ovechkin.

The Russians do not scare me as much as I thought they would, losing to Slovakia was a big reason for that. Not to discount the Slovaks but they dont have nearly the firepower that the Russians do. I think their problem, much with the Canadians problem is ego. I know I touched on this before, but too many big stars, it seems like it takes them until theres 3 minutes left in the game to finally click and get into gear. That's why I'm very excited about the USA, they seem to click from the get go, always keep the tempo up, and dont let ego or stardom get in the way. It bugged me after the Russia/Czech game last night when interviewed, the first question Ovi was asked was about his relationship with Malkin. We get it, they dont like eachother, that's been out there for years, how about letting them play some hockey and worry about more important things....

.....in any case.....Sweden will win the gold this year. They are playing out of this world, and Lundqvist has been absolutely unbeatable, they are going to be dangerous down the home stretch.

This is fantastic puck we're witnessing people, definitely a tournament for the ages!

Can't say Ovi didn't give Jagr a monster shot the other day though. Lol!

Beating up senior citizens does not constitute a monster shot sir! :icon_biggrin::icon_biggrin:

Neh, as much as I hate him, that was a huge, clean open ice hit.
