Hey Everyone! Need a little help with a question about USA Transfers. I have booked them for our trip in 15 DAYS!!! I received an Arrival E-voucher. Should I have received a voucher for Departure? We've used them once before, but honestly was too drunk to remember if I gave them a voucher or not. LOL
We use USA as well (will be there in 20 days!), and I received a Departure Voucher via email. I would suggest just emailing them to resend if you can't find. You might check your SPAM folder to see if it got dumped there.
It wont be a problem. My wife works for an airline so we fly standby. I don't even call them until about an hour before our flight to Cancun and then I call them the day before we leave and set up the return time and have never had a problem. They are very easy to work with.
I always have the vouchers printed and ready but they always tell me they don’t need them. They’re pretty efficient and easy to deal with online and in person.
In fact, they are so nice to deal with that the first few times we used them we were a little leary becaue they were so nice we were thinking we were going to be scammed or something. Turns out, they really are that nice!
Best and only transfer company to use in our opinion. They have 84 vans and 16 VIP SUV's and they are always clean. We will not use anyone else, they are top notch and professional.
