So I never got an email back from USA Transfers confirming my reservation. Do you think it is better to submit it again, or email them to see if they have it?
I'd email them. I've usually gotten a response back within 12-24 hours. Just booked yesterday AM and had the confirmation by 6pm.
This trip was the first time using USA Transfers. Upon arrival (April 3) we wandered around outside the airport for 15 minutes before we saw anyone with USA Transfers stuff on. Finally tracked him down and we were on the list but there was no vehicle available. Waited 15 more minutes and finally asked him what was up and I was just going to take a taxi because, well we wanted to get to TTR ASAP. He arranged for us to hop in some other guys van and it was ok. Really hot with no AC but it was the same price. Pickup from the hotel yesterday was great, they were on time and everything was smooth.
We always use USA Transfers no prob. This trip I forgot about the time change in QuintanaRoo and they were still there for us even though we were an hour late. I can understand that we did have to wait awhile for our van and if you didn't know where to find them after you exit the airport it might take awhile to find them
My only comment is that the past two trips we've had to wait around 30 mins both times for a van. First time we used USA we were in a van within 5 minutes. Are we just unlucky or is this now the norm? The guys holding the names list have looked pretty stressed last few times too.
Just returned. We used USA Transfers and they were there waiting on us on arrival and few minutes early for our departure. First time and will never use anyone else. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
