It looks like you might be using the mobile version of the site. The desktop version doesn't ask for the pickup time. They ask your for your flight details and plan accordingly. It looks like there are other issues with the mobile site as the word "null" appears several times. Try the desktop version and see what happens. ( @Steve you might want to share this with them) We used them for a family vacation last week and they were great as usual and schedules the return trip at an appropriate time to get to the airport.
