Deleted a couple of posts suggesting a cheaper deal elsewhere. Sorry about that I rarely delete posts but I didn't start this thread and negotiate the promotion with USA Transfers only to send people to other companies totally unconnected with this site. Yes, you might find a return trip private transfer a couple of dollars cheaper if you are a group of more than 3 elsewhere, but ask yourself these questions: - Do you know the site you're dealing with, will there be someone there to answer your queries like I do? And like the USA Transfers staff do 18 hours a day, every day. - Do you know what transfer company the other site is re-selling? I know the site mentioned and have no idea which company actually provide the transportation. I do know the site that sells it doesn't provide the transfers directly, they are based in the US not Cancun. There are lots of poor transportation companies here, how do you know that it wont be one of them? - Does that unknown transportation company have fantastic feedback from hundreds of satisfied users all over the Internet and have they been in business here for over 10 years? - Did cancuncare.com help you with researching and planning your vacation? If so, why not give a little back by supporting the site? - Would you go into McDonald's and tell folks eating there what a great offer Burger King down the street has?
Steve I missed whatever you deleted but I completely agree. In the 5 years we have used their service they are always there and in the event I have had questions I have always been able to get ahold of them either by email, live chat or phone. And it is always the same person I deal with. Last year with the payment change, pay up front because of the taxi situation, I contacted them via live chat was disconnected and they called me to clear up my concerns. In any case if I pay more to use their service it is worth every penny.
We just used these guys again last week for our trip. We have probably used them for the past 10 trips and wouldn't do it any other way. Now, you have to pay for the entire round-trip on the way to Temptation. Even though they already had all of our fee, they picked us up for the return trip to the airport right on time - as usual. The driver that picked us up at the airport actually asked us if we wanted to stop at one of the mini-marts along the way to pickup anything. Good outfit and to us, worth the extra money. Firm
We were 3 hours late and they were waiting for us. When we went back they were waiting out front for us. Never had to wait and would definately go with USA Transfers again.
