Hi Angel! No problem if you don't know your departure yet...just call us here in Cancun (24 hrs notice would be nice) and we can set up any departure you need. We will need to take a MC or Visa over the phone for this...we can then fax or email you the voucher showing PAID IN FULL. Will that work for you?

TJ, did anyone answer your question about a taxi at the airport? If not,.. they say "taxi" but they don't mean "taxi union" taxi. They're trying to sell you a private Greenline taxi form the airport or a shuttle ticket. Don't take that private taxi unless you're feeling especially generous $65us one way to downtown Cancun!
Grey Line has been aournd forever, I do know that. And their booth is easily seen as you go through the glass doors after Customs.
Ok so I will admit I was a little skeptical about this new regulation but HONESTLY there is nothing to worry about. We arrived 5/15 waited 2 hours in customs so were was actually hour and half later metting the USA Transfers guy (but he was there). Met the greeter he walked us over to the USA Transfers bus we got on paid the $55 and he even showed me a slip explaining the SINTRA thing. I told him I had already read about it and understood so it's good I heard about it beforehand because I would have thougth it was a little weird coming from him. He got us to our resort in about 25 mins, I tipped him and off he went. On 5/22 we were scheduled to be picked up at 5am from the resort he was there at 4:45am, I showed him my return voucher he said ok let's go. Got us to the airport around 5:15am I tipped him $10.00 dollars and that was it. It was really painless and they are def a legit company and the SINTRA thing is also legit so nothing to worry about it. I would say $70.00 US dollars to get from and to the airport with tips and everything is pretty good (considering we were being told a taxi is $45.00 one way).
