Wife and I will be using this service for the first time. We fly with Sunwing so our transportation is already included by bus. My question, do we need to tell a Sunwing rep. at the airport that we are not on the bus or just go straight to USA Transfer and take off. Our goal is to save time but at the same time I don't want them sitting there waiting for us at the bus. What have others done in the same situation? Thanks
Oh please tell them everyone else on the bus is stuck waiting for you. Happened to us waiting for no shows and it took a hour or more for them to give up before leaving.
We also use USA transfer aswell, we always call the tour operator with our booking number and tell them way beforehand that we don’t need the transfer so they take us off the list, saves some time finding your bus while your there just to tell them your not coming.
Same thing here and travelling with Sunwing too. Our USA-T representative told us once that we did not have to tell Sunwing as they themselves check with local transport who has dealt with them. Of course maybe that this not accurate but FYI.
I suggest making the call now to let them know, its much easier than waiting to do it at the airport on arrival.
