This is how it has always worked for us, including 2 weeks ago. I would have to believe that no confirmation = no reservation. Use the USA Transfers online form, not an email.
Yeah, I did through link and got confirmation in seconds, like Donald, with a personal email response within about an hour about a change I needed to make when I realized I made a mistake. Use Steve's link instead. Maybe what ever email you guys are finding is an old email or something.

So we understand.. After the initial booking and email back from them is there any correspondence ? We don't leave till sat but are double checking everything.
Not unless you have a flight change or delay. If something changes prior to your departure, e-mail them and they'll confirm right back. If you have a flight delay while at the airport, call them so they can reschedule your pick-up. Bring a copy of your confirmation with their contact info with you.

Once you clear customs, don't stop or talk to anyone until you're outside. Look for a rep with a USA Transfers sign. The people you'll see inside the airport are selling time shares and tours.
