I will go to Quebec to drink all of Waste's beer and ski, perhaps Comedy Festival. That's about it for Quebec.
dennis as far as skiing goes definetly have to go to Tremblant, comedy fest def Ive never been but hear its awesome, also cant rule out a visit or 2 to one of mtl's finest gentelman clubs
Vegas for sure...been there three times since i turned 21 (last may) and i'm headed there this may for my fourth trip. I just can't get enough. Just play the penny slots (one line, one penny) and tip a dollar per drink and you're set. There are also some amazing pool areas at some of the hotels.
Gotta go with Vegas also. 24/7 debauchery. If you are renting a car then L.A. is only a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive from Vegas. But traffic in L.A. is a mess so once you get there, you may spend just as much in time stuck in SoCal traffic. But even if you go to Vegas and don't rent a car, The Strip is extremely close to the airport and public transportation is plentiful. There are buses (although not as good entertainment wise as Cancun's), taxis, limos, and the ever faithful monorail systems that link certain casinos. August will be hot as sin in the desert and as putangie63 said, a lot of the places have great pools. Mandalay Bay even has their own beach. Also right on with the slots/tipping. One trip we played nickel slots at Luxor on a machine next to where the hostesses go in and out for the drinks and we ended up smokin' drunk. And I think we may have lost $5 during that time. I am sure that we paid at least twice that on tips though since we were tipping a buck a round to the hostess. There is a large amount of things to do that are free as well. The Bellagio fountains, TI's Vamp Show, MGM has the Lion Habitat, The Mirage's Volcano eruption and the Freemont St. Experience if you are downtown. As has been mentioned, there are a number of rides. Stratosphere has a few, NewYork/NewYork has a rollercoaster, Sahara has a rollercoaster, Circus Circus has an amusement park in it. You can find a lot of info out surfing the net that will give you an endless number of ideas and places to find cheap eats and drinks. Here in the U.S. they are always showing specials on the Travel Channel to fill people in on where some of the best deals are in Vegas.
come to kentucky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! haha just kidding. i have heard that derby is out of control though.
Thanks for all the Hekp guys. . .sounds like Vegas is a blast. Im going to look more into this now and find a nice hotel that doesnt cost the earth!
yes i live in vegas and enjoy it very much there is so much to do here you will be amazed the best hotels at good prices are either down town or somthing right off the strip that way you near the action but dont have pay a grip nightlife is crazy it never stops after hour clubs then they have like after after hour clubs vegas never stops its 24/7 u can always get booze to nerver a cut off time plenty of pool partys for the hot summer
Sometimes best thing to do is stay at the nicer hotel during the week ( the Belagio, Ceasars..) And then move to a non BIG hotel for the weekends. That is when the rates sky rocket..A buddy of mine travels to Vegas all the time and this seems to work out well..
Hmm this sounds like a great place i think im going to have to look into a trip to vegas once i hit 21
